Add-On Services

*Standard Mulching Just mulching's unwanted and leaving the mulch to decay over a few years.. 

These are optional services that can be added to any clearing project. Not included in base pricing unless specified.

• Acreage: Larger properties reduce the overall per-acre rate.
• Brush Density: High density is the primary cost driver. Dense 6-inch cedar thickets take three times longer than light grass.
• Terrain and Slope: Steep hills, ravines, and rocks slow equipment and add 20% to 40% to costs.
• Access: Narrow gates or cutting new access paths increases labor time and project costs.
• Soil Type: Soft clay causes rain delays, while shallow limestone slows down mulching speed.

• Stump Removal: Above-ground clearing is standard. Below-grade grinding for construction or mowing is extra.
• Stump Grinding: Costs $250 – $600 per acre to grind stumps below grade after initial clearing.
• Grading: Priced by the site to level areas for buildings, driveways, or drainage.
• Debris Hauling: Costs $500 – $1,000 per trailer load if you choose not to leave the decomposing mulch.
• Old Fence Removal: Costs $150 – $400 per acre to pull old barbed wire, T-posts, and broken fencing.
